I served in 1994 to 1996, and during that time I was able to meet some of the citizens that were alive during World War II, and he told about how him and his buddies would pour sugar down the gas tanks of the German, the Nazis' jeeps, and they would go out, and of course they would clog up and have to be brought back, and then they'd fix them, they knew what was wrong with them, then they would pour more sugar down the gas pipe and do it again to them. So even though Denmark was taken over in just a day, it still had a bunch of fight among the citizens within them, and so it was interesting to learn about World War II through the eyes of the Danish people.
