So the thing that really helped me, um, I have a life coach that I talk to on a regular basis and I'm, I will be getting a, um, post-traumatic stress counselor to help me with my codependency and then recovering from my marriage. I think that the biggest thing that helped me that I could do to encourage you would be to remind yourself that you matter and that your feelings matter. Because, um, often as we are codependent, we start relying on other people to make us happy and when that doesn't happen, then, um, we, lots of things spiral out of control. And so I would encourage you to remind yourself that you matter and that your feelings matter and that you are responsible for you. You can control how you act, but you cannot control others react.
