When starting a chiropractic practice, I think one of the biggest things you've got to do and avoid, actually avoid not do, you have to, you have to avoid finding staff that is so aggressive at their job that they're mean to patients. And it's a fine line because you have to, they have to get you paid, but at the same time, if you are mean to people, you lose, you lose the respect of your patients and the staffing is, staffing is the hardest part. So mistakes to avoid in getting going or even in long-term practice is just make sure that you have someone up at your front desk who can be happy and helpful and make people know that they are being cared for.
