On occasion there are some patients that you try to do everything you can for them to relieve some of their pain that day and you are not able to make much of a difference at all for them. It sometimes makes you feel like a failure as a provider but it's not it's not really the case. It's just that there's other things going on with the patient that inhibits them from being able to have their pain really be reduced. Lots of other underlying things that can be going on that are contributing to the pain that cannot be affected by just doing a manipulation and a joint adjustment. And so that's that's always hard being able having to send a patient out without making a difference for him that day.
