Why people quit, let's be honest, most jobs, you know, 90% of the time you quit is due to your bosses. So, or you're in a situation, you're always down, there's not enough help or, you know, so you're in the operation as a cook or what have you, you know, it could be frustrating when you don't have the things that you need to clean, you don't have the food that you need to prepare your meals, your menus, or some things that you can run into. Or there's somebody at work, you know, in the end you're there to do your job, it's not their expectations you're trying to meet, it's, you know, who your client is and who your boss is. But don't get so frustrated, you know, and talk, try to talk things out with co-workers, with your boss, because it is a great industry to get into, especially if you love gourmet, you love food. But there are going to be times you're going to be down, you're going to be short, there's something that's missed that wasn't put on the order, but stay with it.
