All right, what can a typical day be? You know, it really starts out how the day starts and how you planned it out from the previous day. You know, coming in and make sure when everybody's there, got all the food product in. Typically a day is, like I said, checking to make sure everybody's there, where we're at, checking events. Throughout the whole day you're gonna have ongoing fires you're putting out, dealing with that. You know, 75% of this job is people. You know, when you become a chef, you become not only a chef, you become a psychiatrist, you become, you know, a doer, get it done on demand, but, you know, be willing to mentally and physically be challenged with this industry. But you will be able to deal with a lot of things on that life outside of work, believe me.
