How I got my job? You know, when I first started, I didn't have much experience, but I loved, I started cooking at home, looking at recipes. But going in, you know, there's times I wasn't qualified, but I wanted their enthusiasm, positive attitude, let them know I'm going to be a hard worker. But you know, like currently where I'm at right now, it's all, it's, when you climb, a chef, I've been a food service, you know, director, not to throw out my whole resume, but you know, it's important is the time you've been with a job, you don't burn your bridges. And like I said, be there as long as you can. There's places I've worked. I was lucky to get through a year, but stick it out, you know, and keep climbing, keep educating yourself and go try to go to the next level if you think you're not qualified.
