All right, getting started as a chef. You know, there's a controversy on if you need to go to school or get experience both. If you can do both, do it. And if you come out of culinary school, you're not going to be ready. You know, if you're a person that's looking up recipes, you love to cook, you love to basically please people's appetites, or you're wanting to get for nutritional value, for, you know, healing within, go for it. It is a hard industry. And if you're going to get started, like I said, recipes, you know, Googling recipes, get out there, get a job. You know, I started out fast food myself, worked my way up as an executive chef. You can go to a culinary school, great. You don't have to go to the most prestige culinary schools in the world. What's important is, is the school you go to, find out what the past students' experiences were and where they rate it. It's all about knowledge and experience.
