Growing up as a kid, I had many cavities issues. I used to love candies, I used to love soda, and I really had poor teeth. But I think one of the most important thing that prevented me from major cavities issues was using dental floss. Every time I eat, like breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I would use dental floss to get and make sure I get everything out from my teeth. And remembering to brush three times a day, I think it's very key to prevent cavities. And minimizing sugar, candies, or like soda, especially soda. I heard that soda makes teeth very weak. And I think that if you do this, you will have good healthy teeth.

Growing up, I used to eat a lot of candy. You know, I've had like major cavities way in the back of my teeth. They're doing better now. The trick is brush your teeth twice a day and try not to eat too much candy. You know, you don't want cavities because, you know, your breath will really be stinking when you walk around talking to people and it's not real attractive. Peace.

I've had cavities my whole life, um, here and there. It's just a really big struggle. I brush my teeth twice a day. I used to not floss very often and that was a big cause of my cavities, but it's interesting because some people just have really soft teeth, um, and some people are just way more prone to cavities than others. Um, I floss now, um, and last time I went to the dentist, I had four cavities and that was super fun. Um, but I'm just going to try harder to, like, swish my mouth out or brush my teeth after I have anything really sweet or sugary, um, and just different things like that. But it's kind of annoying because my sister, um, has never gotten a cavity and she doesn't floss. Um, but, you know, you just have to figure out what kind of teeth you have and do your best.
