So when you're going through a chemo, whether you're doing outpatient therapies or you're doing inpatient therapies, you're going to want a blanket. It's cold in the hospitals. Why they do that, I have no idea. Probably so they can torture us a little bit more. But from my experience when I was in the hospitals and going through all my chemos, a blanket's always nice to have or a sweatshirt. Bringing music with you, like headphones and some music device, that always helps for me. Just bring something to pass the time. Because you're going to be sick and you're not going to want to do a lot. And so if you have something that you can listen to, I find that's the best way because music's therapy to me. So warmth, music, and if you have someone with you, have company and tell a lot of jokes. Jokes are like the most best way to get better.
