My favorite building for sure, I think the JFSB is so pretty, especially like the big staircase or honestly the engineering building. I don't have any classes there but I think that building is going to pipe too.
My favorite building for sure, I think the JFSB is so pretty, especially like the big staircase or honestly the engineering building. I don't have any classes there but I think that building is going to pipe too.
One of my favorite areas on campus is that garden area of the JFSB. So when you walk in under the main area and then there's this big area with a fountain and then a bunch of trees and some stone benches where you can sit. And that's one of my favorite spots if I have some extra time in between classes. I'll just go over there and sit for a bit and maybe do some work and you can just enjoy the sound of the fountain or like maybe the trees rustling or something. So it's really lovely in the summer and it's also pretty in the winter but it's definitely a really great area.
My favorite building on campus would probably be the Tanner Building. I think it's a very beautiful building and I especially like how they decorate for Christmas. I think it's probably one of the best decorations I've seen in all of the buildings I've been to.
As someone who is under the College of Engineering, I feel like I am obligated to say the Engineering Building on campus, but genuinely, I believe that the Engineering Building is one of the best buildings on campus just because it is new, it is nice. It's pretty, for the most part, it's pretty quiet there, and so it kind of makes a good place to study. And they do have a restaurant in there called Harvey's, which I recommend, especially for breakfast burritos. They make very good breakfast burritos.
My favorite building is the JFSB.
I love a lot of the buildings on campus. Obviously, the library is super awesome and I feel like I spend most of my time there, but I do think that there are a lot of other buildings that you should explore at some point. Obviously, you should go to the exhibits and museums like the art one, the MOA, and the Bee Museum. You have to walk through those ones at least once. Also, the life science building is really cool. The music building is really pretty as well, but I think that my favorite one to walk through, okay, the Hinckley building is really pretty, but also the Mazur building. And I want to put a plug in for the Mazur building's bathrooms. They are the most amazing bathrooms and you totally have to go so you understand what I'm talking about.
My favorite building on campus is probably the life science building. My major has nothing to do with life science, but it just feels like newer, more open, more clean. I don't know, it just seems like a better place that's not too much like a jail, especially if you're studying or meeting with a group or something like that.
My favorite building on campus is the Mazer building. It's one of the original campus buildings all the way off in the corner of campus, and it was awesome to take some classes there surrounded by the history of that, you know, old campus. There's a cool auditorium where they'll sometimes do plays or productions, but they also have classes in there where you're in sort of stadium seating around a desk. Amazing building.
So my favorite building on campus is the Monty L. Bean Museum. When I was growing up it was at a different location, but the new place is very similar to it. And it's just because of the nostalgia, it's not because it's this super incredible architecture or anything like that. I just grew up and one of my favorite places to go when I was growing up was the Bean Museum. So I always have great memories when I walk in there.
A building I really like on campus as well is the music building. I think it also has just nice places to sit down and study for a little bit and because it's new it's just really nice. It feels super clean and the architecture is really pretty, so yeah.
Hands down my favorite building on campus is the library. It's just it's at the center of campus and I spend a scary amount of time there so it feels like home sometimes but I really do love that there's it's just right there it's in the center I can pop in and out as I have classes and I want to go study for a little bit. If the Hinckley building was in the real center of campus I would spend more time there or the MOA but I don't really have a need to be in either of those buildings they're not in the center so because the library is the center of campus it is the center of my life.
I have to say that my favorite building on campus is the LSB because I feel like it's it's really easy to find a place to study. There's a lot of good lighting and then also it's just I feel like it just I feel more peace there and also it's it's close to where I have usually have most of my classes which is the Benson but it makes it so that I can actually get out of the Benson because sometimes just being in that same building where you have all your classes where you work can kind of be stressful so finding another place so I would say there and I also think the engineering building also has a lot of places you can study and just kind of looks really cool and those are I think the two places that I like to be at the most and of course you can never go around with the tenor building but it's just a little bit more social and it just depends on what you actually want to get done and so that's my advice.
Okay, hear me out. This is such a hot take. I don't think I've ever met anyone that's favorite building is the Marb, but for some reason, I just love the Marb. Like, when I go in there and have class, it just feels like school to me. And if you have a class in the upper floor, it literally makes the weirdest sounds, almost like spooky sounds, and I kind of dig that. So anyways, I don't know why, but I just, I love the Marb. You can hate me.
My favorite building on campus is a tie between the LSB, the life science building, and the music building, the brand new one they just made. And ironically those are probably the newest buildings on campus, but I mostly just love the music building because it is beautiful, like so cool in there, it's so pretty. I had a music 101 class and I had to go to concerts for part of my class several times during the semester and I thought it was so gorgeous in there. And the LSB, I have taken a few classes in that building so I spent a lot of time there and I found some really good study spots on these couches with like windows that overlook the mountains. It's so pretty over there and a lot more chill sometimes than the library and stuff. So anyways, I just like, I like the vibes.
One of the best buildings on campus is also the LSB, the life sciences building. That building is super nice on the inside. It is very, I feel like it's mostly very peaceful. Well, at least when there's no like, at least not in between classes. But if it's during classes time or like in the afternoon or evening, then it's a great place to study. And when it gets warmer outside, they also have like little balconies that you can sit outside in. And yeah, it's really nice.
My favorite building on BYU campus is probably the Life Sciences building. I had lots of classes in there my freshman year and I just think the building is very beautiful with a lot of windows so you can kind of see out and see the whole landscape that surrounds BYU. I also like when it's good weather to study out on like the rooftop seating that is available there and again there's such a pretty landscape to look out onto and I just think it's a really nice building and some of my favorite classes were in there so that helps too and so yeah.
My favorite building on campus is probably the Tanner building. I just think it looks really cool. It looks kind of more modern. I love that they have really comfy couches on every floor. I think it's awesome and a great place to study too.
Okay, the best building on campus, undisputed, is the Tanner Building, which is where all the business classes are held. It's so beautiful. It has so many windows in it, so it's super light and it has a ton of like tables and stuff you can study at. It has flags from all of the countries that they've had business students come from, so there's like a bunch of flags in there, which is super cool. Just this huge open building, like skylight. It's got like real trees in there and like pots. And then down at the bottom there's a place to get food called the Blue Line. They have really good food, and then they have this big area where you can study. So there's just a bunch of tables and couches and stuff in there, and it's like my favorite place to be. So go study there if you need somewhere to go. It's the best.
