Hands down, my favorite food is Bonita. You're going to hear that all the time. It's like a cheese pastry that they have, mostly in the mornings. Get them fresh in the mornings, because if you get them during the day and they're wrapped up with this clear wrap, it's not as good. But I know how to make it actually pretty well now. It took about 10 years, but I nailed it. And I have an awesome way of doing it. So Bonita is one of the best for me. I also like a salad. It's cucumbers, tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, maybe some olives, but an onion, of course, that's called Shopska Salata. So it's very, very common. And it's actually very, very simple to make. And it's good. And it's healthy. And Bulgaria has a lot of healthy produce. So look forward to that, because there's lots of fruits and vegetables there.

One of my favorite foods is, I have to say it's called the gondola, or gondola is how you might hear it, and it's kind of hard pressed. You'll be hard pressed to find it, but what it is, is it's a bacon kind of on the top and you have chicken sliced up into little strips with potatoes and with cheese and obviously oil because Bulgarian food equals oil. And you just pretty much cook it up and it's really one of the best meals ever. It really compliments itself and it's a very traditional kind of meal for Bulgaria, especially with the potatoes. And if you guys ever, if you're ever in the east coast or in a town called Yombo, definitely look for the gondola because it's one of the best things I've ever had.
