In Brazil, the language is Portuguese. Brazilian Portuguese, to be even more specific. Not Spanish, not Brazilian, but Portuguese. Brazil was colonized by the Portuguese in the 16th century and it is the national language and is the largest Portuguese speaking country in the world.
