So growing up, I think I had a bedwetting problem until I was maybe 12 years old or so. It was a huge source of stress for me because I was worried that I might never outgrow bedwetting. I thought I'd get married and I'd have to wet the bed all the time and it'd be really sad and stressful and that no one would want to marry me and all sorts of stressful things. I remember waking up just feeling, crying, because I had to wear a diaper and I had an accident. I was upset at myself because I didn't know what I could do. But I guess the encouragement I would give is that just be patient with yourself or with your loved one. More than likely, it's often something that's outgrown before adulthood. And if not, there's nothing shameful about wetting the bed. You can adapt and you'll be okay. It's not an evil thing.
