The best performance tip I can give you is to eat. Performance is worse than class, it's worse than rehearsal. Performance is when you need to be eating the best and probably the most because it's not only you moving but it's also the adrenaline on top of it. You're on the stage which has a lot of lights, it gets really hot there and so you need more electrolytes because you're sweating, you need more water because you're sweating, you need more salts just to keep yourself alive and like not cramping. I cramped on stage once and I almost fell over because it hurt so bad. So as long as you're fueling your body better than you do on the average day, your performance will be easier and you'll learn everything that works best for your body the longer you perform.
