Work out your feet every single day. Use a TheraBand, do calf raises, anything to keep your feet like constantly building up um strength and also your ankles because your feet and your ankles are like the two things that kind of carry you through ballet and if you do something and you end up rolling your ankle it's easier if you're stronger because it doesn't hurt as bad and then it doesn't happen as often because you're also stronger and so it's not quite so big of a deal. Um but like keep your joints strong, just do everything in your power, do the exercises that they tell you to keep your joints strong so that way you don't hurt yourself.
