So for treatments for asthma, you have an inhaler that has the medicine inside of it that is for you specifically. That's like the biggest thing, but there's also different tips that you can use. You can look up different breathing exercises on YouTube or things like that that really help you to calm down and to try and slowly get more air into your lungs to try and kick you out of that attack that you usually have.

For me, I've treated my asthma with two inhalers, one that I take as needed or a couple times throughout the day, and then the other that I take twice a day. That second one is a fungus that I inhaled, which is weird, and so you have to wash your mouth out after you use it. So yeah, that's how I've treated asthma.

I think treatments for this are dependent on the person. So I get really bad shakes if I take regular albuterol. And so there's another variety called Lev-albuterol that I take that reduces the shakes. It doesn't quite make that as bad. But if I have to take the inhaled one through the nebulizer, then I'm going to be shaking the whole time. It helps so much with being able to breathe, but the side effect for me is getting really shaky. And so after that, I have to just wait until the shakes go away. I can't really do much for about half an hour after. But the rescue inhaler helps so much, the Lev-albuterol rescue inhaler. And when I'm sick, I always do the albuterol treatment if I can't breathe very well. And also a rice pack. It's something that you throw in the microwave for 30 seconds. I put it on my chest, and it helps open up my bronchial so I can breathe better.

When I was first diagnosed with asthma, I was given an inhaler to use every morning and every night, which was just like this powder stuff that I inhaled, and then I also had an emergency inhaler to use when I was having an asthma attack, which was really helpful.
