So when I was a kid, a sign that I was having an asthma attack or that I was really sick with asthma is when I started coughing and it started to sound like a horse almost? It's hard to describe, but it's a very hoarse cough and it's very deep in sound. It's like, it's like, it's really nasty. I mean, I can't make it sound anymore because I grew my asthma, weird genetic asthma, but if you have a really bad cough like that you should probably have it checked out.

I found my main symptom with asthma was just getting wheezy and tight in the chest, tight in my throat, closing up, just getting panicky when I felt an attack coming on.

So the way that you can tell that you're having an asthma attack is you'll be wheezing a lot. My chest gets really tight and it just gets hard to breathe and it's like thick and you can you can definitely hear a wheeze. So just watch out for that. If you notice any of those symptoms make sure you get that checked out and get an inhaler for that.

For me, my asthma manifests as a tickle at the back of my throat or in my chest that gets worse and worse and makes it more and more difficult to to breathe unless I cough. And that cough is dry. I don't cough anything up. It's just a constant thing.

So I was first diagnosed with exercise-induced asthma, and then I was later, a few years later, I found out it was asthma. And some symptoms that I had from my first few times that have carried on every single time is, it'll usually just start with like shortness of breath, just not being able to get a full breath of air, you kind of feel that a little bit. And then, for me at least, the more that I freak out or the more I think about it, it'll start to close more and you can't really get air in, you're wheezing, getting lightheaded, things like that.
