Something really interesting about asthma is that your diagnosis can change as you get older. So when I was first diagnosed with asthma when I was a kid, I had mild intermittent. So it just meant that it would happen every once in a while and it would depend on my situation. Most of the time it was when I was sick or when I was exercising or in excessive heat. But I grew up and it got worse. So I was re-diagnosed with moderate persistent asthma when I got older. And then I went and got re-diagnosed and it was moderate, it was mild persistent. And so it is all the time, it's just mild. And so it really can change as you get older. It can depend on your circumstances, where you're living, if you have allergies, so many things contribute to it. But like you're a diagnosis is kind of fluid.
