The worst asthma attack I have ever had was when I was probably 17 or 18 and I was in St. George, Utah. It was really hot and I was a dancer for a show and I had a costume change. My first costume, I was in like, I was literally in a hoodie and sweats and it was so hot. We were performing in over 100 degree heat and this dance was super cardio heavy and so I had the worst asthma attack ever and I had a quick change and so I had to run off stage and I literally did not have enough oxygen going to my hands and my feet to like, change. I had to have a friend do everything for me because I couldn't use my hands. Like, there wasn't enough oxygen in my body to like, make that happen. Kind of a scary experience but I also, I was gonna perform. I was gonna get back on stage whether I made it or not, whether I passed out. They were gonna have to hold me back if they were gonna keep me off that stage.
