The craziest food in Armenia I can think of would be the national dish, which is called khash. It's basically, they take a cow hoof and boil it, and then make a soup out of it, and then they take other cow parts, I think stomach, I'm not sure to be 100% honest, and then they take Armenian flatbread, which is called lavash, it's basically flour, water, some other things mixed together and then baked underground in like an underground oven, and then they let it dry out so it's hard, and then crush it up and throw it in there, and then a lot of times they'll add garlic too. Personally, I wasn't a huge fan, give it a try, you know, when in Rome do as the Romans do.
