You have blood sausage, which is basically the large intestine of a cow with curdled blood inside. They just kind of roast it over a fire and they slice it up and put it on bread. Never was a big fan, some guys like it, some guys don't. The worst one was probably pig cheese. It's like cut up different parts of a pig mixed with gelatin and then kind of like combined into a big bread loaf and they slice it up and you eat it with bread. Yeah, that was the only time I threw up eating anything in Argentina. That one was bad, so stay away from the pig cheese.
