I've been very blessed to have access to people and to medications that have really helped me with my anxiety. One thing that has really helped is I was able to get some documents together from my doctors and talk to the, or set up an appointment with the University Accessibility Center. That really helped because they were able to find certain accommodations for me that would benefit me and I was able to choose which ones I thought would help me and kind of figure that out there and they were really helpful to work with. There's always people who can help you.

Resources for anxiety, you know, I actually did a podcast episode on this, where I talk about five killers of anxiety, five things that have gotten rid of it for me personally, backed by science, as well as my own individual research on myself. And so you can find that on any anywhere where you can listen to podcasts, just look up the More Happy Life podcast with Andy Proctor. And, you know, you can find the episode is called five killers of anxiety backed by science. And I go into depth about that. This only gives me 60 seconds to talk about these things. But they're really powerful strategies that have helped me greatly to overcome anxiety. And I think they can really help you as well.
