My favorite food is soufflache. Think about like a Greek gyro with the pita bread, but instead of having the lamb meat, they have chicken and then french fries on top and it is so yummy. You can find it anywhere and it's like super cheap and it's always delicious.

Albanian food is wonderful food and it's fresh. Because I am from Albania, one of my favorites is burek. I didn't make it when I was on a mission because we didn't have time too much to make it, but it's burek cepe de mata. It's onions and tomatoes. The other food I really like is suflasha. It's pita filled with meat and potatoes and it's really good, this kind of gyro break. Albanian food is amazing for everyone.

I love Albanian food. It is so good. I would have to say that my favorite food is fasule. It's just a dish, it's a really simple dish that is made out of beans and tomato sauce and onion. And when I told Albanians that that was my favorite food, they just kind of laughed because they're like, fasule, like anyone can make that. It's so easy. Why don't you like something a I miss it.

All the food in Albania is so good. Um, I think one of the main favorites is burek and because you can't get it anywhere else, you can try to make it yourself, but it's just super simple and super easy, but it's really fattening, but it's delicious. The food, like the fruits there, the fruits and vegetables, they're super cheap and they're super good. Like I didn't know fruits and vegetables, vegetables could have that much flavor. And they have suflace, which is delicious. There's fasule, which is just like beans that are delicious. Pastiche, which is like noodles packed down with cheese and it's so good. Pastiche is probably my favorite. I got pastiche in a lot of places, but just a lot of carbs and a lot of fantastic stuff like trelece and baklava. I didn't love baklava, but it's like, if you get good baklava, it's really good. There's just so many good foods. The racha, like the little jams can be pretty good too, but that's kind of hit or miss. So what are you going to do?

I think probably one of my favorite foods while I was there was fasoul de pilaf, which was beans and rice, and it sounds kind of funny, but it was just so good. Every time I had it, all the traditional food is amazing, but I think one of the things that I miss the most is burek. Just having burek for breakfast or for a snack or whenever I wanted it, and it's just so cheap and so good. Probably not good for me, but that's just one of the things that I probably miss the most. It's just burek my mish, burek my jeez. It's just kind of like a little pie of deliciousness and butter.

I love the food in Albania. Aside from all the basic stuff, beans and rice and everything, one of my favorites that at first was definitely not one of my favorites, a drink called dal. Maybe someone already talked about it, but it's basically Greek yogurt, plain Greek yogurt mixed with salt and water. Sounds worse than it is, because it's an acquired taste, but as you eat the other pastries and burek, the little savory pie things that they sell you for 20 cents, those go perfect with dal. You eat those and it's like you'll be asking before long, like, where's my dal? Like, I want to drink some dal. And I almost threw up the first time I drank it, but now I love it.

Hands down, my favorite Albanian food is patljan tenebushor, which is stuffed eggplants. Holy cow, it's so good. Their eggplants are super small there in America. They're crazy big here. But they're like this long and super good. They're long and skinny and they take out the insides and they cook the insides with like onions and meat. And they cook it in oil and tomatoes. Holy cow, it's so good.
