  • It’s not the cheapest place to live in Arizona. Real estate prices are high for Arizona in my opinion (but still cheaper than SoCal). You may not think you want or need a boat or an off-road vehicle when you move here, but you will after a year. (20 years, Craig)

As screwed up as California continues to be, more and more people are going to retire and get out of California (again, like me) and move to Arizona. Bottom line, the city needs to start planning on a 30% population increase in the next 10 years. (20 years, Craig)
