My guess is that 80% of the full-time people living here (like me) are from SoCal. As screwed up as California continues to be, more and more people are going to retire and get out of California (again, like me) and move to Arizona. Bottom line, the city needs to start planning on a 30% population increase in the next 10 years. (20 years, Craig)
